Project Description

The project consists of a new middle school campus. The new 130,000 square foot facility is divided into two buildings that are two to three stories in height.

Project/Relevant Services

Engineered Exteriors provided building envelope consulting services, such as performing collaborative design reviews and building envelope commissioning services. In construction, EE provided services such as submittal reviews, assistance with contractor RFI’s, and observations of the building envelope work. EE also conducted sealant and air barrier adhesion testing, and air/water leakage testing of fenestrations during the construction phase.
